Anna Pyć
Speaker Bio
Anna Pyć is the owner of the PUSTELNIA Fish Farm located in South-Eastern Poland, producing carp and rainbow trout. She is also the Vice- President of the Polish Trout Breeders Association and Vice President of FEAP. She holds a Master Degree in Aquaculture Studies in University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland.
She has worked as Common Fisheries Policy Specialist in the Agency of Modernisation and Restructuring of Agriculture, Poland, dealing with implementation of EU funds for fisheries sector. She was also “Baltic Fisheries” Project Manager in WWF Poland (2004-2006), and Marketing Manager in Aller Aqua – fish feed producer. Ms. Pyć has organized international conferences for professionals in aquaculture, like the International Sturgeon Conferences and International Carp Conferences (2006-2011).
