The right assessment of  TRL level is crucial.

To be eligible, a proposal must have at least completed TRL 5 and undertake activities to achieve TRL 6 to TRL 9.

In addition, as of this evaluation the activities above TRL 8, covered by TRL 9, cannot be funded through grants but only through blended finance.

In case of divergent assessment between the applicant and the evaluators, different options in financing may come out of the process:

• reducing the grant
• offering a counter proposal
• rejecting the grant

This workshop will explore all these different options, providing guidance on how a final decision will be reached. There will be a presentation followed by a Q&A session.
