The introduction of blended finance within the EIC Accelerator will have an impact on the evaluation criteria.  The main changes will focus on evaluating the applicant’s financial needs in relation to its potential to scale-up and its “non-bankability”.  This workshop will explore how to assess the two new criteria in the EIC Accelerator:   1) the ability to leverage sufficient investment and 2) the potential to scale-up.  The session will provide definitions of the criteria and will also provide guidance to experts on how to evaluate the applicant’s financial needs in relation to these two criteria.  There will be a presentation followed by a Q&A session.
