Data protection policy: Please note that personal data will be used only for the purpose of your registration to the Big Buyers meetings that will take place in different  European capitals  and creating and managing payments if requested. This includes storing personal data in a file system or database and sharing payment credentials with partner banks/payment service providers. Access to personal data is only granted to authorised personnel/ third parties on a need to know basis. We will never rent or sell your personal data and will use appropriate administrative and technical controls to properly use and safeguard your personal data.

 

ICF Next is the data processor working under the instructions of European Commission (data controller). All personal data collected in this form will be processed in line with the Regulation (EC) 2018/1725 and 45/2001. Please read the European Commission's Data Protection Notice for more information about how your personal data will be treated.

 

Participants who do not consent to the use of their personal data for the above purposes will not be able to finalise their registration.

 
Please also note that, in accordance with the regulation (EC) 45/2001 on data protection by EU institutions & bodies, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to bigbuyers.travel@Iservice-europa.eu. Nevertheless, please note that the revocation of this consent will automatically lead to the cancellation of your registration to this event.
