Format of the meeting
The DSA Seminar will be held in a hybrid format. Participants attending the DSA Seminar will be served lunch during the meeting at the ESM Conference Centre.
In case there are any dietary restrictions, please kindly write a separate email to: efsf_cg@esm.europa.eu.
The meeting language is English. Passive (or active) interpretation is not available.
The videoconferencing platform used for the seminar is Webex Events and Slido. Please find here a short manual with the information necessary for your attendance.
Access & Welcome
Badges to enter the ESM premises will be handed over to participants on 30 November 2022, at the ESM reception area prior to the start of the DSA Seminar 2022. Visitors will be awaited at the step-free main entrance and directed to the meeting area. Please allow for 15 minutes before the beginning of the event to allow enough time to go through routine security check.
Arrival & Parking
The ESM is located on the way between Luxembourg airport and the Council building (Kirchberg Conference Centre).
