Badges to enter the ESM premises will be handed over to participants on 27 November 2024, at the ESM reception area prior to the start of the Policy Conference 2024. Visitors will be awaited at the step-free main entrance and directed to the meeting area, at the Conference Room Area -1. Please allow for 15 minutes before the beginning of the event to allow enough time to go through routine security check.

The ESM is located behind the Auchan Shopping centre in Kirchberg.
