Getting to the venue

From Brussels Airport Zaventem by Public transportation

By train: the travel time to Brussels-Central Station is approximately 20 minutes and the ticket price is €8,90. There are various regular connections from the airport to the central station, which is situated approximately 10 minutes by foot from the venue.

By bus: Line 12 runs between 5h40 and 00h30, the travel time is approximately 40 minutes and the ticket price is €6,00. Get off at stop Troon/Trône, from there it is approximately 10 minutes by foot to the venue.

Please note: 

Trains and busses run daily more or less every 30 minutes. Tickets can be purchased directly online (train only) or at the airport from the ticket machines. For more information, please visit: https://www.belgiantrain.be/en or https://www.stib-mivb.be/index.htm?l=en. 

By taxi: The taxis stand is right outside the airport's arrivals hall, the ride from the airport to the venue will take approximately 30 minutes and the rate is around €50.

From Brussels-Central railway station: 

The venue is approximately 10 minutes by foot from Brussels Central train station 

At the venue

The welcome & registration desk is located on the ground floor of the building. Participants attending both days do not need to register twice. 

Please note that all participants will have to pass through registration and security before entering the rooms. Therefore, we suggest to arrive well in time at the venue.
