Participants must make their own way from the airport/hotel to the event venue. Organisers will not reimburse any transportation costs for your stay in Brussels. 

Reaching the venue by public transport

 A.From Brussels National Airport 

 

Brussels National Airport is 18.1 km from the venue.

Take any Airport Express Train (it is located below the terminal – basement level -1) from the airport terminal to the Gare Bruxelles-Midi/ Brussel-Midi railway station. The trains leave every 10 minutes. Journey time is approx. 30 minutes. Fare is 8.80€ (from ticket office / machine. Tickets can be booked online).

 

B. From Brussels South (Charleroi) Airport.

 Brussels South (Charleroi) Airport is approx. 57.4 km from the venue.

Take any Airport Shuttle Bus from the airport terminal to the Gare Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid railway station. The buses leave every 30 minutes. Journey time is approx. 1 hour. Fare is 14€.
