How to Reach The Thon Hotel EU: 

The Thon hotel Brussels EU is located at Rue de La Loi 75, 1040 Brussels, close to the European Quarter. 
It is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, or on foot:

From Brussels Airport (Zaventem), participants can reach the hotel in about 20 minutes. The most convenient public transport option is the direct train from Brussels Airport-Zaventem to Bruxelles-Schuman station, followed by a short walk to the hotel. The train runs hourly. Alternatively, the Airport Express Bus (Line 12) stops at Maelbeek, right next to the hotel, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes. The easiest way to reach the hotel is via Metro Line 1, with direct connections from major hubs like Gare Centrale and De Brouckère. The journey takes only 3–5 minutes. Alternatively, guests can arrive by taxi (around 7 minutes from Brussels Central Station) or enjoy a pleasant 15–20 minute walk through the city. 

Travel, visa, and accommodation costs will be covered by EACEA as well as lunches, tea/coffee breaks and dinners during the events. Please note that any other costs, e.g.  daily expenditures, are to be covered from the project budget available under the “Institutional Contribution”.
