Format of the meeting
The Pringle and Beyond Conference will be held in physical format and will be streamed online. Participants attending the event will be served lunch during the meeting at the ESM Canteen.
In case there are any dietary restrictions, please kindly write a separate email to: pringleconference@iservice-europa.eu.
The meeting language is English. Passive (or active) interpretation is not available.
Access & Welcome
Badges to enter the ESM premises will be handed over to participants on 30 June 2023, at the ESM reception area prior to the start of the Conference. Visitors will be awaited at the step-free main entrance and directed to the meeting area. Please allow for 30 minutes before the beginning of the event to allow enough time to go through routine security check.
Arrival & Parking
The ESM is located behind the Auchan Shopping centre in Kirchberg.

Public transportation
Below you will find some information on how to get to the ESM premises. Luxembourg offers free public transport. All buses, trams and trains (except first class) will be free of charge throughout the country and for all users.
