AT THE VENUE

The welcome & registration desk is located on the ground floor of the building and it will be operational from 09:00 on the day of the event. Please note that all participants will have to pass through registration before entering the rooms.

REACHING THE VENUE
A. From Brussels National Airport
Train:
The airport train station is located below the arrivals hall (basement level-1). Up to two trains per hour connect the airport to Midi train station (Gare du Midi). The train ticket costs between €8-10 for one way and the trip takes 30 min. Tickets can be bought online or at the machines that are available just at the entrance of the airport train station. Taxi:
Taxis with a taximeter are permanently available in front of the arrivals hall. The fare from the airport to the city centre of Brussels is approximately €45 depending on traffic.
B. From Brussels South (Charleroi) Airport
Brussels South (Charleroi) Airport is approx. 57.4 km from the venue. You can take the Shuttle Bus from the airport terminal to the Brussels Midi Station (Bruxelles-Midi). The buses leave every 30 minutes and the journey takes approximately one hour. Tickets can be bought online or at the help desk just outside the airport. The fare is around €14, depending if it is bought online or on-site.

PARKING POSSIBILITIES: We advise you to use public transport or to use the Q-Park near the Brussels Midi/Zuid station (direct access behind the Station at 40, Rue de France; exit in Rue Ernest Blerot). There is also Indigo Park parking (101, Rue Bara, 1070 Anderlecht), and BePark parkings (84, Rue des Deux Gares, 1070 Anderlecht and 38B, Rue Rossini, 1070 Anderlecht).
